Colors Hair & Spa has been providing salon services in Lethbridge since 1992. Trends have come and gone, but our commitment to our clients and enthusiasm for everything hair has never changed. Salon Services
At Colors Hair & Spa, our coloring services are based on a parts + labour approach. Our pricing covers the labour part of your service, while utilizing Salon Scale to weigh and calculate the exact cost of the colour product used. This approach means you are only ever paying for exactly what is used on your hair. No head of hair is a one-size fits all, and we want to reflect that in our cost of service.

Colors Cancellation Policy
Appointment cancellations and/or rescheduling must be received a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. Please call the salon to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a first-time charge of 50% of the service for which you were booked. Any further no-shows will be subject to a charge of 75% of the service for which you were booked. Please know that we understand that emergencies and illness come up unexpectedly, and we are happy to negotiate waving the cancellation fee in such cases.
REFUNDS
Client satisfaction is our primary goal, and we want you to love your hair. We do not offer refunds on services, however we will work with you to make adjustments to the original service with your service provider. We guarantee our services when you purchase the recommended regime to maintain that service.
